OutstandingTinyDesk.comvs OutstandingTinyDesk.net
The short answer
One letter apart in the address, two different ways of making the Outstanding Tiny Desk. OutstandingTinyDesk.com generates a new AI scene of a desk concert in four cuts and says that nothing from NPR is used. OutstandingTinyDesk.net puts your people into the real nineteen seconds from NPR, in all five shots. A 720p video costs $4.99 here, with the first one free, against $9.95 there.

Fair is fair
Where OutstandingTinyDesk.com is ahead
Three things the .com Outstanding Tiny Desk does that this site doesn’t, or does more slowly.
01
Group photos
One photo of your whole crew is enough there; the model casts it left to right. Here every person in your Outstanding Tiny Desk needs their own photo.
02
A few minutes quicker
It quotes four to eight minutes. Editing real footage takes about ten here, because each take is rebuilt frame by frame.
03
Photos deleted at once
It deletes photos as soon as the video is made. Here they stay in your account, so you can record another set, until you delete them.
The case for .net
Where OutstandingTinyDesk.net is ahead
The things you notice when you play both next to the original Outstanding Tiny Desk.
01
It is the real footage
Your people stand in the real Outstanding Tiny Desk room at NPR: the same shelves, the red keyboard, the camera drift. A generated scene gets close but never matches the clip people know.
02
All five shots
The meme opens on the lead’s glance and ends on the band’s raised fist. This site keeps both; the four-cut versions skip one.
03
No strangers in your band
Leave a part of your Outstanding Tiny Desk empty and the original musician plays it. On the generated version, empty parts go to people the model makes up.
04
Half the price, free to try
A 720p Outstanding Tiny Desk costs $4.99 here and the first one is free. Theirs is $9.95 in HD, and the $9.90 option is 480p.

No. They are two independent Outstanding Tiny Desk sites run by different people. This page is written by OutstandingTinyDesk.net.
Is OutstandingTinyDesk.com official?+
No, and neither is this site. Both are Outstanding Tiny Desk fan tools with no tie to NPR, Charlie Wilson or the Gap Band.
Can I use a group photo on OutstandingTinyDesk.net?+
Not yet. Crop one photo per person for your Outstanding Tiny Desk instead, which also keeps each face large enough to copy well.
Which looks more like the original Outstanding Tiny Desk?+
OutstandingTinyDesk.net, because it is the original footage with your people edited in. A generated scene is a lookalike of the room.

OutstandingTinyDesk.net: $4.99 for one Outstanding Tiny Desk video against $9.95 on OutstandingTinyDesk.com, and your first video here is free.

Both are named after the meme. The .com was registered first; OutstandingTinyDesk.net is the one that edits the real Outstanding Tiny Desk footage and gives you the first video free.
