About the records

Credits, packs and refunds

How many credits is one Outstanding Tiny Desk set?+

A set takes ten credits, and the price is the same for a solo lead or a five-piece band. You get the 19-second vertical cut at 720p with the Tiny Desk audio and no watermark.

Is the first one free?+

It is. Signing up puts ten credits on the account, enough for one complete set, so you can hear your band before paying.

Do credits run out after a while?+

Never. Whatever is left on your balance stays there, so an LP can cover a whole season of bad Saturdays.

What happens when a set fails?+

The ten credits land back on your balance by themselves the moment a take can’t be recorded. Only finished sets are paid for.

Am I signing up for a plan?+

No plan, no renewal. Each record is bought once; come back for another whenever the group chat needs one.

Can I get my money back?+

For a week after buying, credits you haven’t spent can be returned to your card. The refund policy explains how.
